Worcester has a rich medical history, and is lucky to house two excellent medical museums telling the stories of medicine and health care, with particular reference to Worcester, over the past 250 years.
Entry to both museums is FREE. Donations are welcome.

George Marshall Medical Museum

Situated in the Charles Hastings Education Centre off Newtown Road, we exhibit George Marshall's fantastic collectionof objects illustrating the way that medicine and health care have developed over the past 250 years.
Visitors to the Museum will see our death masks of hanged criminals, the reconstructed apothecary shop and operating theatre, and can listen to the informative audio guide and excerpts from our oral history collection.
