Royal Visit
We were honoured to receive the Duke of Kent for a visit to the museum on Tuesday 3rd June 2008. The Duke was particularly impressed by items donated by Mr. Richard Goddard, a collection of Boer War and WW1 medical officer's kit (see picture). He found our operating theatre display gory! We were also lucky enough to have several other local dignitaries for the visit, including the new Mayor of Worcester, the Chairman of the County Council., The High Sherrif of Worcester, and the Lord Lieutenant.
